Parcelane is a free online platform that helps you send a parcel abroad with a traveler who is already going the same way. The sender posts a request: from where, to where and by when. The traveler posts a trip. They agree on the details and the reward in the Parcelane chat and hand the parcel over in person. Parcelane does not carry parcels and does not process payments: we help two people find each other.

How much does Parcelane cost?
Parcelane is free for senders and travelers. You agree on the reward for delivery directly with each other, and some travelers take small items for free. We do not charge a fee and do not process payments between users.
How do I send a parcel with a traveler?
Create a request: from where, to where, by what date and what the parcel is, with a photo. Find a trip on your route and message the traveler, or wait for travelers to make an offer. Agree on the meeting point and the reward in the chat and hand the parcel over in person.
I am traveling. How do I take a parcel?
Publish your trip: route, dates and what you can take. Browse requests on your route, pick a parcel and agree on the reward with the sender. Always inspect the contents before you accept anything.
Is it safe?
The traveler inspects every item before accepting it, and sealed packages are not allowed. Users can verify their phone number, reviews appear only after a completed delivery and moderation, and chat messages are moderated. Meet in public places. We review reports within 24 hours.
What cannot be sent?
Anything banned in the departure, transit or destination country: weapons, explosive and dangerous substances, counterfeit and stolen goods, other people's documents, cash above the declaration limits. Medicines, alcohol, food and electronics are allowed only within limits and with the required documents.
