Prohibited Items

Version: 2026-07-05

In short. If in doubt — don't send it and don't take it.

It is forbidden to request or carry the following via the Platform. This list is not exhaustive: anything that is illegal to possess, export, import, or transit in the countries involved is prohibited, even if not listed here.

Absolutely prohibited

  • Drugs and psychotropic substances, their precursors, and paraphernalia.
  • Weapons of any kind, their parts, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics.
  • Flammable, toxic, radioactive, or otherwise hazardous substances.
  • Items stolen or obtained illegally; counterfeit goods and currency.
  • Human organs, tissues, and bodily fluids.
  • Live animals and plants, and products from protected species (CITES).
  • Pornographic materials involving minors, extremist materials.

Prohibited or restricted — check before you agree

  • Cash, securities, and precious metals above the legal limits of the countries involved.
  • Medicines — many are restricted or require prescriptions/permits.
  • Alcohol and tobacco above duty-free limits.
  • Cultural valuables, antiques, and art requiring export permits.
  • Batteries and power banks above airline limits, and other items restricted by carriers.

The golden rules

  1. Sender: be ready to show the contents. A sender who refuses to open the parcel is a reason to walk away.
  2. Courier: never carry what you have not personally inspected. At the border it is *your* luggage and *your* responsibility.
  3. When in doubt — refuse. The Platform blocks accounts that attempt to arrange transport of prohibited items and cooperates with law enforcement as required by law.
