In short. We store your account data and what you publish, use it to run the service and keep it safe (including automated moderation), and we do not sell it to anyone. You can remove your avatar and phone number yourself; to delete the account, contact support.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, password hash, avatar.
- Content you publish: delivery requests, trips, parcel photos, meeting points on the map, prices.
- Verification data: phone number (if you choose to verify it).
- Technical data: authentication cookies, language preference.
What we use it for
- Running the service: matching requests and trips, showing your public profile (name, avatar, verification badges) next to your listings.
- Safety: moderation of content — including automated moderation using third-party LLM providers, to whom the text of your requests and messages may be sent for analysis.
- Legal compliance: responding to lawful requests from authorities.
Where it is stored
- Data is stored in our database and in an S3-compatible file storage (photos and avatars).
- We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
- You can remove your avatar and phone number in your account settings.
- To delete your account entirely, contact support.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page. Significant changes will be announced through the version mechanism of the Terms of Service.
